Much smaller than the famous Aya Sofya (Hagia Sophia) in Istanbul, this church in Trabzon with the same name, Greek for Holy Wisdom, was built in the mid 1200s. In 1461 it was converted to a mosque, and then in 1964 it was made into a museum.
