This is one of the famous sliding rocks on the Racetrack. These rocks are found on the Racetrack as well as some other dry, clay lake beds, and at times they move accross the surface, leaving a trail behind them, showing their paths. There movement has never been observed, but it is thought that it happens when the surface is wet (maybe frozen), and the winds are strong.
